Branding for luxury boutique apartments with multi-million pound investment in a Grade II listed riverside mill
To reflect the unique heritage of the Grade II listed mill, based in the heart of Burnley, we created a brand that was reflective of its sympathetic renovation.
Original technical drawings were unearthed which created the catalyst of the brand language, paired with typography from the era and a colour palette that showcased the luxury aesthetics of the renovation.
Brochures, web site, social media tiles, and a ‘moving in hamper’ were created for the new homeowners.
